Proposals are required for various reasons. They may be for an internal or external audience. They can be in response to a specific request or can be an unsolicited attempt to sell a solution. 
This Proposal Writing Training is focused on solicited proposals, i.e. a proposal issued in response to a request from an existing or prospective customer
